This was awful, they called to confirm two days before and I asked to move the reservation to 8AM from 10AM. This was never done. It took 1 hour to get the reservation open on the phone and once complete , we got to the key and that was not in the box. We finally had to go to another place to get the truck. All this took 2 hours of phone conversations and a 20 minute drive.John O.

I was there over an hour. Make sure the employees know what the reservation is for so they don't try to charge double what they're supposed too.
