Location never logged that I returned the auto transport. Took them 3 weeks to verify it and I couldn't rent from U-Haul because I had an e-alert because of it. None of which was my fault. You should definitely consider removing this location from your list of drop offs. Terrible service.
Caleb S.I arrived at noon and no one was there. I was told to leave it behind a fence. Afterwords UHAUL called me twice to ask if I was going to return the truck even though I already had. Very poor management and wasted a lot of my time. Definitely consider taking this location off your drop off list.
Caleb S.I don't often review these experiences, however, this was such a poorly organized location I have to review. The truck was behind two locked gates with no adjacent building or available customer service to speak to. Self checkin was available but after I did so, I could not access the truck I was picking up because it remained locked behind 2 gates. It took 90 minutes to finally get the truck. The mileage was wrong and I paid for an extra 20 miles. This location should not be used in its current state for rentals.
JOSEPH L.The location was a vacant lot with a chain link fence with a locked gate. I was extremely uncomfortable leaving the transport trailer there but I did. I wasn't so uncomfortable leaving the truck because there was a lock box for the key
