Both officers at the location, the first one I met, I think her name is Holly was very cordial. The second was a gent, I don’t remember his name; I inadvertently left my binder and he kept it for me.

This started out to be the worst rental experience ever. The location I was to pick truck up at didn’t have any trucks,then sent me to a location that was closed,then at last to 4510 Edison.they didn’t have the correct size truck so I had to get next size bigger. Upon returning the truck Holly the manager listened to my horror story and did the most wonderful job of making things right, she is a wonderful person and a great asset to the uhaul company!

Had a reservation and express check-in. When I got to the place to pick up the truck it took an hour and a half because the manager was not in the shop and the mechanic "technician" was trying to check customers in without any experience. Manager was telling technician how to use the system over the phone.

I had a great experience. It was way better than last time. The girl who checked my uhaul back in was from a different store but she was still pretty cool.

Had reservations or touck and appliance dolly when I got there they had only a utility dolly they finally for a old one but when I went to strap the appliances to it the straps had been trim back so short they would not fit around the appliance. Took them about half an hour to find keys for the truck I was renting finally found them in the return box would have thought that would have been the first place to check. Over all at best it was a below average experience.

The lady in the front was kind of rude to the guy when we were renting our uhaul. She acted like she was better than him, which doesn't make sense being she works at the same place, and he has more hair on his head than she does. He was very nice, and very helpful.

My first truck was not available at another location, so I had to call multiple times to get another truck for 3 hours later in the day. When I arrived, the employee said there were no appliance dollies at this location. The back of the truck was full of water and was not checked before I was given the keys. I was treated like I was a child and not important at all. He did squeegee the cargo area of the truck after I went back to tell him it was full of water. Then he went inside and I had to close the back door of the truck, the latch got stuck and I could not get it by my self. I went back inside to ask for help. (I would have thought he might have lowered the door himself to ensure it worked properly). It took three of us to get the door to close and another store employee assisted quite well. I asked if I could get a discount from all the hassle and that I would have to call customer service after the rental was complete. I returned the truck a day early and the same employee was working, I had to wait 10 minutes for him to come and open the door. There was a note on the door that he would be back in a minute. I again asked if I would be charged for the entire two day rental, or if I would only pay for the time I had the truck, which was only 25 hours total. He told me he would have to close out the rental and looked at me like I was going to leave. I said "go ahead I will wait". It was cheaper than the entire two day rental, but I was still Not happy with how everything was handled throughout my experience.

We didn't get all the equipment supplies that we wanted but they said that was per availability. We were charged for them plus extra for being past the 9 hours but you were nice to reimburse us for that amount. Thank you very much for that.

There was only one lady working and it was way to busy for one person. My truck and trailer were not hooked up and ready to go. Nothing had been tested. It took over 2 hours to test and swap trailers and trucks to trouble shoot the issue. Luckily I had someone with me to help out-I would not have been able to do it on my own and the lady was virtually no help.

Showed up right at my drop off time and the lady at the front was super quick to help me and unhook the trailer and on my way in less than 5 minutes! Amazing experience with U-Haul overall!

I had a 10:30 AM appointment at the Academy location and was waiting for 40 minutes with a line of 6 other people with no service! I snuck off and phoned this location, and within a matter of minutes I was set up with a truck. If I could give this location 10 stars, I would! Holly was amazing, thank you for all your help.

My reservation was at 9:00 am. The employee finally showed up after 10 am. I was suppose to receive a $50.00 credit and have not! Poor customer service!
