U-Haul's online reservation system is terrible when you can make a reservation at a particular location and it books you somewhere else without informing you. Fortunately, the owner was able to have it moved back to the original location so I could get on with my move.

The owner was very disorganized and tried to give me $85 dollars back when I owed it to her after turning in my truck and receiving an incorrect final bill saying the balance was paid. It took me 20 minutes insisting that I in fact owed it as the balance before she could figure out what she had done wrong. Generally I don't have to make such an effort to make people take my money.

Billed me for a dolly and was not in the truck. Had to load a 55 " tv 130 pounds, down steps and onto truck... i had no help as i am a single mother.



I don't understand why I was charged for cleaning, the front cab floor was filthy, all I did was move some furniture - I had the unit for 3 hours, drove 5 miles. What kind of debris can happen just moving furniture to a storage unit? This charge is stupid. The front desk person was great to work with though.

I drove 15.1 miles, and was charged for 5.5 gallons of gas. That means your truck gets 2.7 miles per gallon?? I don't think so. Also, when I returned the truck, I found out that the furniture pads I thought I purchased, were rented. Really? Did I just rent the mattress bags and the boxes too?? I'm not upset, and not the type to leave bad reviews, and I'm not looking for anything free. I'll probably be back, and yes, I'll recommend you to my friends, with cautions on what to watch out for. It's not anything wrong with this location, but the Uhaul policies could be a little more transparent. That's just a little of input from my viewpoint. Thanks for your help, and for the use of your equipment.

Rating a 3 instead of a 1 because the customer service was nice, friendly and helpful, however my hookup for towing my car was not done correctly. Mid way through my journey a pickup truck held up a sign to check my tow trailer. Upon pulling over and inspecting, both the ratchet straps on the tires had come loose and the car was only secured by the emergency chain. I say chain because only one chain was functional, the other was too kinked up for use (probably a safety violation). Had the pickup not alerted me of the problem, it could have been disastrous. While the staff were great and friendly that doesn't outweigh the tremendous danger myself and others were put in. Just make sure everything is done correctly and inspected properly and you will have a good experience.

I have rented or was part of a rental from U-Haul at least 4 times this month but have never experience such poor customer service as I did at this location. Typically I rent from the North Nevada location which has AMAZING customer service. Dallas deserves a raise! She is quick and efficient. My experience today at this location was not that.

There was one person helping customer after customer. That inevitably leads to delays in the process.






When closing the driver door, unlock the door. The driver door then may be locked from the driver inside or by using the key from the outside. This would prevent accidental locking of the keys inside the vehicle. When the rental agent is late to the facility (which in turn has ramifications for other contracted loading/unloading assistance), then empower the agent to contact the owner to offer a rental discount. I us extended our rental time and it was not taken down on the stores end so in the middle of moving I got calls saying I needed to return the uhaul sooner than I expected. I was also charged really weird on my receipt which I am taking care of myself with them.
