I received a dolly and furniture pads with the rental which I did not use or recall requesting. The vehicle also came with the low fuel indicator on. I filled it up to 1/4 tank upon collection.

The automated process of billing does NOT allow for adjustments for things that needs to be changed and having to wait on the phone for an hour and then the phone hangs up is NOT a way to be customer friendly. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of customer service from UHaul and may NOT use you again for my future needs. Thankfully there was a helpful individual present from another business who at least confirmed to leave trailer in gravel parking lot, only 1 other uhaul vehicle in lot. No paperwork to confirm drop off or conditionupon return, lot not conducive to backing trailer in due to number of parked cars for other businesses in lot.
