Same employee , 2 days in a row walked away from me and made me wait for another to be helped . Made it very obvious yesterday in the talking to a coworker his up coming shift end was more important than saying hi to a customer . Then when he did see I was there , oh wait I don't have a drawer . If you on the clock where I work , your cash drawer is not counted and closed before the end of a shift . Customers are also acknowledged 2 ft upon entering the store . Not after the conversations with coworkers are finished . Today upon return I have no clue where he wondered off to , I know it was not to help me . I am glad I had 30 minutes to spare . The equipment is deplorable , chains aka safety chains have loose couplers and the ratchets on the car transporter are not maintained , they kept loosening during the drive . I got home and the right ft tire had came off completely , thank god , the chain some what held . I feel your employees are more friendly to each other then the customers .my reservation was a joke, I made it on line , my request was granted. But I had to go to a different location then what was confirmed . It is is a horrible neighborhood . I had a hassle at check in . The pricing was wrong , the time of use was wrong and a hassle . If a customer reserves said equipment for 24 hrs and it's confirmed for 24 , don't hassle and say oh wait we have another reserved in 6 hrs

Web site should say clearly in bold type if the card used to reserve rental needs to be shown at time of pick up. I looked because this was a concern of mine and it was not present. The dealer asked for the card. It was a company rental and I did not personally have the card. But due to the excellent service at this location, the rental was taken care of professionally and without incident.

The service was good and it is a very busy location. So be prepared to wait in line. My only issue with the truck was that it was difficult to get up to highway speed. It took a lot of gentle coaxing on the gas peddle. Once I got up to speed though, it was fine.

UHaul was not able to remburse me for my additional mileage from my requested location to the location that had the truck I needed. I was also told the vehicle had a fuel tank at 3/4 tank, and when I go the vehicle it only had a half of a tank. I was stuck paying the additional fuel cost.

I got there to pick up my rental and asked the guy on the front desk to explain how the insurance work, his answer was oh I don't know just tell me if you want it or not, and I asked him again what's the consequences of not having insurance and same answer I don't know, okay than he told me that my total will be 350 I asked him to explain that too and his answer was it's on the screen look at it, we'll if you don't know your job that I think you should find another one or learn how to do good in customer service, plus the truck I was given had an issue with the transmission because the rpm go see all the way to 4000 or 5000 to shift into gears, I spent almost 200 on fuel for 218 miles which is unbelievable, this is my second time using uhaul and it's my last for sure.

When I first arrived I was greeted by Brandon. He was professional, quick and made the process painless. Moving can be a hassle but he assured me it would be just fine! I really appreciate Uhaul having an employee like Brandon.

Absolutely nothing! I provided very short notice of the rental but U Haul had my truck available and ready to go as scheduled. They even credited me for moving pads I did not use. Stress-free move!

After driving the vehicle to my house, I noticed we did not have the auxially equipment we had rented. I called, and no one at the location picked up, and I was on hold for 5-10 minutes, so I was eventually routed to another location. The woman who answered was very nice and took all of my information and complaints and sent a message to the original location I had purchased from. She said this location would call me shortly. 2 hours later, after I had already completely moved everything, I still hadn't received a call. I returned the equipment as the store was closing, so knocked on the door and gave the GM my paperwork and said again that I was charged for equipment I never received. He said he had gotten a message about it and would take care of it. Well, I received my final bill, and of course, the charge wasn't taken off! Inconvenient and unprofessional, and I'm out money for equipment I never even got to use. I'll never book from this location again.

Employees at check in desk need to attend more promptly in filling out all paper work, to much chit chat not enough concern for customers in line. I personally did not want to listen to " 25 minutes until we're off work.
