Make it more clear that the pick up process is completely online. Also, waiting until the renter is standing at the vehicle, in the cold, at pickup time is very inconvenient and shows little respect for your customer. I was dropped off, expecting to get in the rental and go but had to submit my information and get verification (via a phone call to a person I named) while I waited. In the cold. You should either make your customer aware that it will need to happen or do it before they are there to pick up the equipment.

The truck had 4.5 inches of snow on it which I had to clean off, there was only 1/4 tank of gas, the attendant was not very familiar with the website and how to use it! They/you charged me an extra $17.00 fuel charge when I brought it back with more than when I left.
