The staff was wonderful
ANNA MWhen I dropped off the truck I was told they would check it in later and send me a final receipt. Later after review of the receipt I found they had an incidental charge for $9.00 for fuel. I returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up and had pictures to prove it. I reached out to customer service and got the complete run a round with two various reps being unable or unwilling to assist. I spent over $500 renting a truck for 2 days. The site folks were courteous and professional, but the U Haul Customer Service staff has soured this experience over a measly $9.00. Bad business practices in my book.
