Trailer was clean but older and lacked maintenance. It was transported to the pickup location from another, however, the rental company assured we would not be held liable for the wear on the trailer. They kept their word and I would recommend.

The service man checked all of the fluids in the vehicle. Excellent! But he forgot to. Check the air conditioner. We went to Texas with out a working air conditioner. I had a schedule and could not stop to have it repaired. It was very hot . Please fix it before you rent again. Maybe I should have rented a Penske ?? Thanks Donald

on return of truck, accidently locked house keys in truck. called 800gouhaul to assist. could not reach on-call person for facility and went several days without getting keys. had to wait until monday opening to get keys. just need a better on call system for situations like this.

We then visited this Maryland Ave U-Haul-Truck-Rental with our problem , which was handled very quickly to help us complete our moving experience to our South destination.
