I would recommend some additional instructions on the use of a hauler (hook up, driving considerations, etc.)
Randolph R.I dropped the truck off accidentally at the wrong location ,my mistake and the older man working there wasn't very nice a bit of rude and smartass .
Jerry P.The truck engine had issues turning over each time we tried to turn it on. When we got first got the truck, the back of it had dirt, wood scraps, a broken hanger, rope, and a strap left behind from the previous users. We had to sweep it out before putting our stuff in and even then, it was still dusty. The cabin was grimy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a year. We even found a pair of boxers stuffed in one of the door compartments. When we returned the truck, the employee didn't flinch when I brought up these concerns
