I rented from this location. The estimate was $350 with $30 safemove insurance and estimated mileage. I was billed $450 by Uhal which was just fine and was agreed upon. A week later the location themselves billed me for an additional $110.12 separately from Uhal. I called UHaul directly who sent me the receipt for the $450 and had no clue why I was billed an extra $110.12. I called the site and the receptionist had no idea why I was billed. Stating only the owners would know and they were not there and I have not heard anything back. I have to file fraud because I agreed on nothing, I made sure gas tank was over what I had when I left and there were no damages additionally I paid the insurance to cover ANYTHING or ANY damages. This charge put my account in the negative after a hefty payment already over the holiday weekend. I did not agree to any charges. It was unfortunate I let them have my debit card because now I am in a dispute for fraud.
