The gentleman who helped us was extremely nice. When he put everything into the system, there was an attempt to charge us an additional $75. He promptly called u-haul and addressed the issue. We made the mistake of not confirming the mileage on the truck to what was on the contract at pickup and were charged for a 5 mile overage. We did this roundtrip in our personal vehicle and cleared the trip at the start. The entire round trip was 192 miles, making it impossible that we went over the allowed 111 miles. I am upset about being charged for overage but obviously had no way to prove it to the gentleman helping us.
