I returned the U-Haul early so several days tried several times. Call Haines no return call and the place was closed when I dropped it off. Never heard back. I did take photos and video of dropping me off.

Very friendly service

Lori B.No body was there. called many times. Finally reached someone. Was told the manager was taking a half day off. gave them my number because I wanted to talk to him face to face. They never contacted me back. Worse experience renting a vehicle in my life. TERRIBLE.
Daniel N.I didn't have any issues with the location. The u-haul check-in service however is ridiculous! It took over 45 minutes to check-in and a half an hour to check-out due to contactless services. The padlock for the back of the cargo bay was almost impossible to remove. It took three of us to do it.
