The person who checks in the rentals was apparently not on site upon drop off so we couldn’t obtain a receipt. The location didn’t check in our rental until 48 hours later. A receipt was never emailed to us as promised.

This was the BEST U-Haul location I’ve ever worked with. They went above and beyond to assist. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a U-Haul.
KEITH TThe trailer had electrical issues making the lights work intermittently with alarms going off whenever I came to a stop. Location for pickup was unusual but the staff were friendly.
