Overall experience was horrible. U-Haul changed my pick up location and truck size multiple times. Also couldn’t guarantee the moving equipment would be available at pick up. Very dissatisfied
EDWARD Gcan was dirty and trash left in it.. there was a appliance dolly left in rear i didn't need or order!
STEPHANIE CThe person who checks in the rentals was apparently not on site upon drop off so we couldn’t obtain a receipt. The location didn’t check in our rental until 48 hours later. A receipt was never emailed to us as promised.
