The vehicle was an older truck, so it had issues, such as the driver seat not being able to adjust without trouble. There were no usb ports so I was not able to plug my phone in. I was asked if I wanted the insurance and I said yes, but when I told him I was going to Van Alstyne and back, he said I didn't need it because it was local, but yet, I was charged for it any way. I don't know why the invoice says returned at 1:42 p.m. on Sunday when I actually dropped it off at 5:55 p.m. on Saturday.
