It was self serve location that was a pain in the butt it use and not set up properly on there end so pick up took longer than needed.

The gentleman was rude and not helpful
DAVID WHave staff know more about using the uhual mobile app. I wasn’t sure how to use it and neither did the employee.
SAMANTHA CI showed up to a building that had no one in it. No one answered the phone or the door for over an hour. I had to have customer service help me! There was a PAD LOCK ON THE DOOR!!!! NEVER AGAIN, it set me back over an hour on my move!
Ashlyn MThe re- verification while picking up the truck by calling to one more friend didnt make any sense to me. I booked the truck under my name and with my driving license uploaded. There is no point in doing a re- verification by calling one more guy.
