When requesting the truck the gentleman said they close at 5:00 however he wanted to leave by 4:00 because of the weather. When I tried to explain I would like the truck time to start at 5:00 he didn't do that. So that meant because he wanted to get home early I was forced to have the truck back sooner. When we got there to pick the truck up there was snow on the windshield and it was pulled in instead of backed in. That's a very dangerous situation depending on who's driving it. Somehow this truck cost me well over $350 when it's advertised at $29 a day. We called U-Haul to extend the time which they did however we were unable to get it back on time so that added on another day. The truck served its purpose however the stress wasn't worth it
