You can make sure there isn't some fucked up dude sleeping in the back of my truck when I rent it. Dude could have died from baking inside or I could have driven off in the truck not knowing and kidnapped him technically. Thanks

I would recommend since location is convenient and check-in and check-out process was adequate. The staff was very friendly. Very disappointed in the driver cabin - It was FILTHY! Even the drivers wheel was STICKY! .Would not have taken the truck if I had another choice. Unfortunately it was memorial day weekend and so my options were limited. At minimum U-Haul HQ should require each truck to be completely cleaned and cabin refreshed with anti bacteria refreshers. And each location should be required to send a time stamped picture of the truck (inside/out) to UHaul HQ after every return and clean up!

Contract # 22053488 Rented on 05/19/2018 - Dropped off on time. Refilled gas and verified by the operator at that Citgo. He calculated my total charge with the mileage and insurance. It was $106.42. They charged my account and emailed me a bill. This morning I have another charge of $94.87. I called the location and the person called me to call 800 number for refund. I called and been hold for too long. This is very stressful. Please fix this NOW.

The location opened at 7am, the first employee to showed up came at 7:24am. This was after our previous location canceled 48 hours before our reservation making us travel even further to a truck. We called the area manger to see if anyone would show up to service us, no one answered or called us back. Customer service told us they would be in communication to address our concerns but no one reached out. Last, I do not know if this is a policy but our truck smelled like smoke/weed.

The vehicle is not dirty but there are a lot of paper scraps and receipts tucked in the lower bin compartment. In addition, the windshield wipers are terribly worn out and made very loud screeching noise.

Van rented was empty of trash but dirty. Windshield required paint remover to clean-off glue from screen-mounted device by previous renter. Someone had smoked inside the van before --it stank, gave me headaches if the windows were not opened [during winter!]. The steering wheel had a sticky feel to it; wiped it down with cleaning towelettes that came back very dirty. Overall, it got the job done. However, every time I got out of the vehicle, it felt like a hot shower was needed. Never going back to that rental location -ever.

I first went to a location o w pike st. That was my location to pickup 9 am on 1/1. No one was there. I call customer service about this and they sent me to Buford highway. They said that you would be giving me a credit for having to change location



Staff was nice and helpful. Online self check-in went well. Previous customer left the van really dirty.
