I had a terrible experience with this location I was supposed to pick up my truck at 11:00 a.m. I didn't get the truck until 1:30 p.m. because the person who was in charge was not at the office nor was the keys in the lock box I initially tired of moving company for 2 hours but because I didn't pick up the truck until the time I did I was charged the extra $450 because of me going over my 2-hour limit due to me not getting the truck on time. Then I was charged for 2 days after I dropped the truck off the same day I picked it up. I never received the credit that I was supposed to yet for my inconvenience and I'm still waiting to hear back from the person in charge of this location about my refund for the 2 days that I was charged when I didn't have the truck. I will not ever recommend U-Haul for any one that I know especially after the service I received on a scale of 1 to 10 I will give my experience a negative 10
