The self drop off process using the app was pretty easy but much more time consuming that I was prepared for. It would be helpful to let people know that ahead of time

staff was very helpful
tony pThere isn’t a dedicated “U-Haul” office / counter / associate. We had to ask a ‘walker-by’ if there was anywhere for help. We had to find the front desk of a Gym inside of “Willy’s Gym”. However, the ‘Gym Associate’ was very helpful but he had to check us in, in-between checking members of the gym in. We were very appreciative of the “Gym Associate”.
Christian PNot only was i not given enough mileage to get from my starting point to my destination but I also had to drive 3 towns away to return the truck adding even more. When I mentioned this an area manager texted me stating my contract only allowed 140 miles when I was driving 151 before adding on more mileage to return the truck. No resolution except attitude. Absolute shit show and not even a human at the return point. Service? Non existent
