This is the second time that renting a truck has been a challenge. This time I could not check in to pick up the truck, even after contacting the support line. I had to wait for the location to be open.

GARY AI wasn’t aware it was self served for pick up. Some reason I knew for drop off would be. I may have missed it in the contract or in the conversations I had. Amy from the Finger lakes scheduling office was very helpful and helped me prepare for my move and helped me understand the app. I spoke to Alyssa after we completed pick up and she was helpful too. Pleased w customer service.
