I asked for truck return in Bourne MA, and learned that they'd assigned me to East Wareham, which was very inconvenient. U Haul truck was very good equipment. All the people I spoke with were very nice and wanted to be helpful, but I think they're used to U Haul itself being a horrible system that is unreliable at best. If they didn't have a near monopoly in this business I'd never use them again!!!!!!!!
