The convenience store's staff weren't friendly, efficient and customer service oriented. It was very inconvenient as Apple pay wasn't working, tap option was.t available. Normally the gas tank suppose to be full but it was time consuming to fill up the tank as the line was indicated. Overall for the first time we did have so much difficulties to pick up and drop off the U-Haul and this wasn't for the first time we rent the U-Haul. The whole experience was terrible.
Shaheen II reserved a dolly, furniture dolly, and furniture pads. But there was no furniture dolly or pads when we picked up the vehicle. The service was poor and they treated my friend poorly. The website said $64 was payable at the time of pick up but they charged $170. My tv broke during the move because there was no furniture pad. Awful experience!!
