While it was easy to pick up the truck, the dolly we were supposed to get with the truck was not present. I had to call customer service to complete the pick up because the app would not connect properly to upload the pictures the app was requiring and to report the dolly as not being present. The lot is small and taking the pictures was hard enough then to not have the app working correctly added to the fustration.
