Very accommodating and helpful. Great to work with. Initially I had booked the pick-up of the trailer at a location closer to my office and U Haul called and had to redirect me to the Elburn location. If i rent again I will select the Elburn location, just because of the pleasant experience. Thank you, MAC Construction!!
