Staff was busy with other matters and didn’t do anything beyond telling me where to park the truck. It would have been nice to complete the check-in (look at truck for damage, check fuel and mileage, etc)

The location is absolutely awful. There’s no clear place to park the truck and the person who greeted me was absolutely rude. Basically made me feel like I was putting people in danger with how I park the truck. It was just awful. This place should not be a drop off or pick up place for U-Haul‘s 15 feet or more.
