When I made the reservation the rate was 29.95 for a 16' but the free upgrade was given due to not having the 16' I selected. Can't trust anyone these days

Truck was covered in bugs, cargo area was dirty, mud tracks left, cabin had mud left. Didn't get link to verify condition until after I got it home, mileage was incorrect, couldn't dispute because again, link wasn't received until after I got home. I do have picture of correct mileage out.
This location was very dark and was very dirty and old the gentleman that was at this location was very hard to understand there was a language barrier and was on his phone all the time and was only interested in his phone I asked about a credit for returning the truck early had no answer. I called your 800 number earlier and got no customer service at all I spoke to Christina I had explain to her truck was pulling to left she told me that I had done something to your truck and then hang up on me. I then called the Allentown stir spoke to Logan who also gave me no customer service and hang up me as well. This was the worse experience I have had with a trunk rental company.
Never use UHaul again
I bumped into an awning (no damage to the truck) and it fell. I had bought your Safemove insurance, which had an exclusion for overhead accidents. This must have been in the fine print. I find this to be sleazy. However, I learned that there was a court ruling stating the rental vehicle companies must cover such accidents if they occur in Virginia. I hope that UHaul will step up. Then my rating will be higher.
The owner was a little abrasive in his speech.
The dolly I used was rusty and dirty.
You charged to much you charged for an entire day even though I only went over by two hours

For some reason uhaul.com changed my pickup location to a location further away. I did not understand that but Fairlawn honored the original reservation. Excellent service .

drop off : we ended up overfilling the tank to make sure we were not short.....but put an extra $20 in *facepalm* I know you charge extra if you do not bring back the truck to AT LEAST where you picked it up, butbi wish you would also offer a credit if you put too much in. (It was like 11/16 or something when we picked it up. But we dropped it off at 3/4)
agent is very rude, the location is run down and very congested, don't know why so much inventory is there. no room to pull in and back trailer, had to back it almost a hundred yards to the far end of the lot, the place where the agent wanted the trailer parked was on a incline and provided no chocks for the trailer and he would not disconnect the unit from my truck, as soon as I picked up the tongue from the ball the trailer rolled into my truck and was very difficult to get the tongue on the ground at which time the trailer roller under my truck. this agent stated it was not his job to disconnect the trailer and just walked away, he is going to get someone hurt and get you sued.
Very little communication at drop off. however, he did follow up with a phone call with additional information and that was very much appreciated.
As of July 2020, the Foodette store is CLOSED so they won't answer the phone. Use the online check-in. It's so easy. The truck was clean, smelled nice, and full of gas. It was the quickest uhaul pickup I've done, and I've done a few moves.
The man checking customers in was kinda rude.
This location was 12 miles from my requested pickup location. I am glad that I was given additional miles for the rental truck since I had a longer drive to make.
Terrible service, worker did not understand anything I was saying. Then I was given a defective truck and overcharged for time because the TRUCK DIED. I called the shop 17 times and no one answered, yet I was still charged $70 for over time. Worst service I have ever had.
Ensure tire pressures are correct. At least one or two of the tires 20-30 lbs under inflated with no equipment on location to inflate tires. Also ensure all lights are operational. Several bulbs were burned out and not replaced. Attitude at pickup location was take it or leave it. Trailer was clean inside and did not leak in rain storms.
Owner not very friendly.
The online check in and check out do not work well. The service at this location was terrible. It took them an hour to find the key. We had a drop off time of 5, but the location closed at 3. So we had to leave it and hope not to be charged for the checkout charges. Our truck size and location changed 3 times in 2 days. Overall bad experience.

The truck was dirty the person who rented it to did tell me anything without me asking ( he was nice) I had a major problem trying to return the truck with my phone app. It took me almost a hour . until I got someone from the 1-800 uhaul number To help me. Thank you
Worst experience I've ever had !! He Hates Americans with a nasty grumpy attitude. He over charged me $180. Mr. Miller the Supervisor refunded me the $180 . my bank statement shows I was charged again $405 today. I called UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MR. MILLER sent me a text and stated the bank will have it corrected by monday. Stay away from the UHAUL FAIRLAWN VA FOODETTE!!! THE FBI NEEDS TO CHECK THIS PLACE !!!!
