KELLY Q.You can improve by getting rid of rude & hateful employees. The pick-up went smoothly. Drop-off didn't. This location is inside a hardware store. When arriving for return the U-Haul area had all its lights off with no one in sight. It appeared closed (an hour before closing time), so went outside, attempting to return the truck electronically. Very hateful employee approached, yelling at us. It all went downhill from there. I would never use this location (or recommend it) again.
