The mechanism that allowed the roll-up door to open and close was broken. This caused us a lot of trouble and delay. Frank was nice, however.

The only advice I could give anyone that is going to rent from Frank is...... be ready to have great conversation, laugh, and smile. He is a great guy with excellent customer service. I highly recommend anyone that need to rent a uhaul to check him out first. Even if it's out of the way.

I thought I was renting a truck that had cruise control. I had turned down a competitors truck because it did not have a cruise control. I will be reluctant to rent from U-Haul again for this long of run if it does not have cruise control. Need to list it on your website if a rental has cruise control or not!!!!!

Customer service was friendly and thorough. My only suggestion is the inside of the truck's cab could have been cleaner. For example - wipe down the dash board and clean the inside of the windshield- there was quite a bit of glare until I cleaned it off.

Check in two trucks to Franks Place without any problems. The owner is courteous and friendly. I would recommend this location for renting or returning U-Haul trucks.

My 15' Truck with 109,000mi. had excessive play in the steering, which made it difficult to drive! Pre-rent vehicle inspection was skipped, but that was ok with me?

Little pricier than I thought it would be @ $29 a day for a trailer, when you see trucks advertised for $19 a day. Is what it is.

Box was smelly when initially opened. Perhaps some mildecide or disinfectant might help. However the truck worked out well and the cost was reasonable.

Even though he did not know I was coming to his location, he really handled the drop-off quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!!

Retire that truck! Key was broken and came off fobtook two days to find and I had to pay a locksmith $100.00 to cut a key then found the original under the edge of a dumpster. Wasn't my fault it came off. Called customer service they were nice but I know they took all of these copious notes as to what happened but when it cane time to be charged I was over charged after two different customer service people acknowledged I should not be charged for two day. Rather than read their notes I had to go through all of that messa total of 4 times with the big uhaul in the sky to get billed for 5 freaking days instead of three and it will take until next week to get it back in my account. Why should I pay the locksmith $100.00? You key was broken. It costs me two days moving and paying for Tim I shouldn't have paid. Uhaul should reimburse me for the locksmith. Wasn't me that broke the key. Key was already broken. Uhaul owes me reimbursement I have to wait on, provided a truck with a broken key plus the steering wheel was so loose it was scary and I don't scare that easy. It also sucked gas so bad. I went 50 miles and I had to put in over 13 gallons of gas. Want to explain that. Needed servicing. Good thing I put the gas in or I would have had. To pay $49.00 for you to fill it up. I have recently driven (I mean this month) the same type truck but it was a Ford rather than a overused 2005 GMC. THE FORD WAS GREAT ON EVERYTHING I COMPLAINED ON ABOUT THE GMC. I've used Uhaul for years and been happy. Franks place is great! Honestly you should have paid me to use hat ragged out truck. I'm not imagining Anything. Ask Frank!
