Reuben was a great help!! I was disappointed that the have truck and dolly I requested were not available when I picked up the Truck. Reuben substituted an appliance dolly, but I did not have any appliances. We didn’t use it. He was quite willing to help.

This entire rental experience was a joke. I have rented U-Haul trucks many times over the years but this was the worst experience ever. There was no one at the location who knew anything about the rental process when I showed up to pick up the truck. I spoke with someone on the phone from the location to fill out forms that I had already filled out online. I was in a tight time crunch and no on seemed to care. The tow truck driver at the location knew next to nothing and could care less. Then when unloading, the truck battery died and had to be jumped. And we were unable to turn off the engine until we dropped the truck off at the pickup location. There was no one at the location when we dropped off the truck. So, they charged us a fuel fee when we couldn't add gas (for 41 miles) since there was a dead battery. You should be ashamed of this location if this is your current business model.
