The problem wasn't the location. UHaul changed my drop-off location. Then didn't receive my equipment. I was promised a discount for returning the trailer to a location 20 miles away. Then, didn't get it.

Even if your contract says a city to drop off doesn't mean that your item is supposed to be dropped off at that location. I signed up for a Gainsville location. My online account said that we needed to drop off in Denton. My contract said Gainesville, without a specific location noted. It was confusing and this location must not have called in to let Uhaul know that I dropped off the trailer as I had asked him.
