The attendant wanted to to put more gas in the truck than had been in it when I picked it up and stated that he would charge me if I did not. Very poor service and this discourages me from even wanting to use uhaul in the future

The truck was dirty and unusable. I called the store the gentleman told me to return the truck and he'll have something else. Got there and he then told me I couldn't get another truck because he don't have any trucks. I even reserve a truck for tomorrow and he cancelled the reservation without my recollection. The gentleman was very unpleasant and unwilling to help. I will never us this location again and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Not the drop off in Rockville. They are saying there is $72 in damage and he never looked at the truck. The guy at the South Frederick Ave address last night at 8:30 was incompetent and is now trying to get me for additional charges.

Thank you for emailing me, When we hire the service and agreed on the terms, the uboxes were to be picked up on July 4th from San Diego, CA, and delivered to the DC area by July 20th. Then, without consultation, you changed the timeline, guaranteeing the drop off by July 27th, already seven days after the date we agreed on. I called the company many times, everyday, to the customer service phone and also o the local storages in Virginia (Springfield). It was always the same. The kept on telling me that the boxes were in transit, or that they simply couldn't confirm where the boxes were. Every time they transferred me from one representative to another, until someone said they would call me back with an answer later that day. But that never, ever, happened. So I had to call again and again, day after day. You can check what I am saying on your calls records. I must have called more than 20 times in ten days. Yesterday, August 1st, I got a call from the UHaul storage saying that the boxes arrived. It was 11 days behind schedule, but not only that. The experience, overall, of hiring the company was the most frustrating experience. The customer services is very disrespectful of the customers, and I am taking the time to let you know as I will do for other families to prevent them from engaging with Ubox/Uhaul in the future. My children slept on the floor for ten days and I had to buy stuff that was not in my plans. But again, overall and most importantly, I feel very disrespected and insulted by the company.

There are no signs directing you as to where to check-in. The attendant behind the counter did not know how to check me in or follow the proper procedure in handing the vehicle over to me or instructing me on using the vehicle. Returning the vehicle was a similar experience. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with my U-Haul experience at this location.

While the location of the gas station was convenient, the owner of the gas station did not appear very competent in the U Haul system. They needed assistance with the system which caused the pick up process to take quite a while.

Truck had terrible putrid odor from moldy sweat socks I had to remove from cargo bay. Owners must clean before re leasing. At least check the trucks!

I ordered a dolley and was not placed in my 15' truck rental. Also, there was hay inside the truck!! Clean it next time. I had to get it because my lease ended that day. Otherwise, I would not have rented my uhaul truck from thia location. Thank you
