Not the fault of this location but trying to do self pick up and return on the app is frustrating and it just does not work properly. I had to go into the store anyway. Picture and license scan does not work through the app.

The only thing I don't understand is that I got the $15 insurance coverage. But was charged $25 for insurance coverage.
