The gentleman at the pick up counter was amazing! He is friendly helpful and very diligent with his job. I watched him take care of several customers before me. Always with a smile on his face. And helped me as well. I believe his name was Mike!!

Gravel parking lot vs pavement which is more typical. As a customer was forced to drive way out of my way to drop at this location when many other closer options to where I was were available. U-haul has a logistics management problem that needs to be fixed!.

Valerie JMy only disappointment was with the drop off time. I was charged $60 extra for dropping it off at 3pm. When I tented I was was told I had it for 5 full days and the drop off location closed at 6pm. Before I could drop it off I got a call that I was late dropping it off and it was due back at 9am. That’s not what I was told when I rented the truck
