The guy at the counter was rude as hell. I gave him no reason to be. I guess I interrupted his taco time when I walked in. I wouldn't rent here again just for that reason. It was uncalled for.

The location was convenient but I had to drive extra to pick up the truck (60+ miles) and someone forgot to add this to my mileage. The personnel at the drop off location stated that they could not fix this mistake and so instead had to charge me for additional mileage that was uhaul's fault to begin with.

I had originally dropped off equipment at 600 Bristol St, in Elkhart, Indiana on July 2nd., it was there for almost a week. Signage all over that place U-Haul. I was told rudely that I owned the equipment, so I went and picked up the trailer which had been moved, and dropped off at this other place. Is telephone customer service now a thing of the past?

The dealer was flawless. My only complaint I have is with U-Haul itself, and I consider it to be a major shortfall. I reserved well in advance and still was not provided with a 26 foot truck as reserved. You did provide a 20 ft unit, but the difference made a second rental a necessity. I was not able to get all of my household in the 20 ft. van.

Overall my U-Haul rental went just fine! However, I’ve been charged for items I did not ask for nor receive. Appliance dolly for 2 days: $20.00 Furniture pads x28: $80.00 Furniture dolly for 2 days: $14.00 That’s $114.00 I’ve been unfairly charged! Was overcharged for an incorrectly entered reservation, that was wiped out because the person did not know how to use the Uhaul System.

I did notice when I checked under the hood that the coolant fluid was low and I told the business this. I do believe that all business's should check under the hood fluids.

I needed to be more prepared to bring along cleaning items to clean the bed of the truck upon return. I was also not aware of the gasoline fill need so that was a surprise. Other than that, all went well. Thank you.

I did not appreciate that fact that U-Haul, not Miller's Building Supply, tried to have me return the truck to Elkhart instead of Miller's. That adds an hour to my drive. I returned it to where I rented it, and was also accused of late return. Not appreciated.

They charged me for fuel when I put fuel in it. The 7/8- full was circled and we put it back to 7/8 and still got charged!! Also we rented on Friday and they told us to have it back on Saturday NEVER did they mention that nobody would be there!!
