The lady was very kind and helpful. We had a bit of a problem when picking up our equipment. They only had our uhual which means they sent us an hour to another store to get the trailer. The one on San Jose blvd in Jacksonville fl however has very rude employees and terrible communication. I called before hand to make sure it was okay to tow the trailer with my car they said yes. I get there next day and they tell me something different so I have to drive an hour back home pick up our uhual and then drive all the way back to hook up the trailer. On top of that they ended up making a new contract without telling me and trying to charge me 380 for the trailer instead of 225 what I was told in the beginning! Towards the end one employee was a bit helpful he gave me the original trailer price and added more miles. Overall very kind at Taylor parkway storage, San Jose blvd in Jacksonville Fl needs work!
