GEORGE LYour app is poorly constructed. At no time was I able to set up or understand the drop off process prior to showing up a day early for drop off after hours. I dropped keys and contract into bin then finally app enabled for drop off after procedure. I missed the picture for odometer of 106,220 but was able to put it into the app manually. Then you finally asked for multiple pictures. It would be highly beneficial to understand this entirely before showing up at location,, but you app doesn’t work this way.
