They always make drop off easy whether in person or self check out. She made sure I knew there would be an extra charge BEFORE running it to my card. I appreciate that. Very nice people throughout the company.

WILLIAM HAfter numerous attempts to rent a u haul close to home, AND be able to have someone working at the location to help with pick up, we finally found General Stoarge in Griffin. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and helpful. I put 'call this u haul location' in my phone for future use. This place was great. Other locations want you to go through an app and then go on a scavenger hunt to find your keys and your truck.
