Truly the best location for getting a truck. Amazing service at Devon’s Orchard in Halfmoon, NY. Excellent customer service, truck was spotless and ready and all the supplies you need. It’s hard to find good customer service these days so I strongly suggest picking up your next truck and Devoe’s. Plus you can shop for pies and assorted groceries when you are done. FIVE STAR!!!
WILLIAM PMade reservation online; very user friendly & easy to navigate. Vehicle was ready upon arrival; staff person provided a walk through as she explained our responsibilities upon return of vehicle. Upon return , checkout was courteous & expedious. It doesn't get better than that!!! Service was overalll great!
NYDIA SThis location was wonderful and the person who served us was wonderful. The rental process itself was also very easy. My only complaint is that we live in East Greenbush and therefore this location was farther away than others, but those locations did not have a pick up truck. The Halfmoon location was easy to get to, but we had to pay mileage on the pick up and drop off (23 miles each way) which was more mileage than we used during our entire rental. If a truck had been available in Albany, our costs would have been significantly less.
