I was checked in on the app - app saying I already had the truck. Vendor wouldn’t give me the keys for almost 30 minutes into my time despite this. Asked for info already provided in the app. Also when I took picture of odometer at drop off, app completely misread mileage and mileage number for pick up was incorrect, app was suggesting we drove 9000 mileage in 4 hours. We had to do the math ourselves based on the photo we took of odometer at pick up to get correct mileage charge.
