Equipment wasn't cleaned, keys were taken directly from the return box from the previous rental and given after a long wait and the employee refusing to speak or communicate anything, just mumbled to himself saying they wouldn't give a truck. Previous customers trash in the back of the truck. No utility dolly in truck. Milage was incorrect.

I reserved my rental close to where I needed it and got sent over 45 minutes away to pick up
