The day before the pick up our location was changed to this Delta which is 20 miles away from our home. The original was .5 miles away and the pick up time was changed from 8 am to 9:30 am. Went into Delta and the guy behind the counter said they do not deal with U-Haul. Called the number on the text and nobody answered. Called customer service number and was on hold for 15 minutes. Finally someone answered and helped. The guy wanted to give me the original allowed mileage even though I drove 20 miles out of my way. Terrible experience and set us back 2.5 hours from our original planned start. The drop off was bad too, called the phone number, could not understand any thing the guy was saying. Saw there was a key drop box and gave up trying to understand the guy on th phone. At least there were instructions under the lid of the drop box. I will never rent a UHaul again.

Equipment wasn't cleaned, keys were taken directly from the return box from the previous rental and given after a long wait and the employee refusing to speak or communicate anything, just mumbled to himself saying they wouldn't give a truck. Previous customers trash in the back of the truck. No utility dolly in truck. Milage was incorrect.
