The team at greener properties is great. They have picked up the phone before their office hours, always have the equipment ready when agreed upon, are friendly and do their best to get you out of there as quickly as possibly.

Marty B.The location is a parking lot with gate code access. No one was present and I had several questions that I wanted answered. I would much rather have a drop off confirmed by a u haul employee. Anything could have happened to the vehicle and trailer after I had dropped it off. Once again this was not the drop off location that I had requested.
