It was a middle of the night dropoff, so there was no one to talk to.... but nothing was clearly marked. I just dropped the trailer off near other trailers and called it a day.

Very helpful location.
William SI rented a 15' U-haul truck. When the door was unlatched, it would fly open at very high speed. This problem ended up causing a safety issue with the rear door. The rear door was also incredibly difficult to close once opened. I hurt myself many times trying to close the door. I rented a 15' U-haul truck just a few weeks prior, and the other truck was in good condition and did not have any of these problems. They even attached an extra long pull down string, I suspect because they were aware of this issue with the door.
