Very disappointed that I could not get shipping blankets / pads. I really wanted them for my move. In fact so much that I detoured to the Lebanon location to get them. After adding miles yo my charges they had none as well. These are an important piece of moving. I consider this a failure of Uhaul not either location.

Phone-based rental process did not work. Online check in did not obviate the need for more paperwork in the store as suggested.
Douglas L.First of all my reservation was made on the the Tuesday morning before the vehicle was needed, and the reservation was for the the Hanover St. Location in Lebanon,NH which was quite local to the move. However, upon arrival to pick up the van I was informed that my reservation was transferred to the True Value Hardware Location on some crowded side street in Hanover, NH. This was a full 6 miles further than the original rental location (at $0.79/per mile for your company)! Then you're computer system had the audacity to deny me the rental based solely on the fact that,apparently my daughter married someone who once worked for UHAUL. I found that out because I was given the denial code, and told to call the Main Office because no one at the facility could figure out what it meant. That was a waste of additional 30 minutes. I then had to go back inside, and start the rental process all over again, I gave a different number for contact in case I absconded with the van, everything went through fine. Unfortunately, if there's neither an apology or a remedy of some kind for my extra mileage, time wasted and the embarrassment of having my rental initially denied due to the fact that the one contact number I gave the first time ending resulting in your denial to rent me the reserved, requested vehicle. I will probably end up renting from another agency in the future.
doreen H.Everything was perfect until I got the receipt, which was after I'd left the location. I was overcharged for both gas and mileage. I had been told that I would be charged for actual mileage, not the estimate, but I was charged for my original higher estimate. I refilled the tank to the level of received it. When I called the location, I was told that the gas was lower than it was, and that she couldn't do anything about the mileage unless I called UHaul - even though she'd told me I'd be charged for actual mileage. It wasn't worth calling UHaul over a few bucks, but I left feeling taken advantage of.
