Overcharged! I put the same amount of gas back in the u-haul, but was still charged as if I didn't put enough gas back in it. Also, I thought it would be cheaper to return the u-haul to the city I moved to vs the city I rented it from. But I had to return it to the location I initially got it from or it would of been $100 more. I'll go with budget trucks next time and get my union discount!
Raffles Auto Shop was nice, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend their Uhaul services. It is not the biggest or nicest of facilities but more reminiscent of Uhaul service centers of my youth.

Charged me for moving pads that never had cab and cargo area was not clean even called to about not receiving the moving pads and was assured I would not be charged and was charged
I paid the more mileage than I actually used and filled the tank up upon returning it and then was charged another 23 dollars and change to my debit card without any explanation of the charges of which I'm still not sure what they are. I'm not going to be using uhaul again unless I get an explanation for the additional charges. I only put about 14 miles on it and put 7 gallons of gas in it when I returned it . Is this standard practice for all uhaul vehicle rental or did I get screwed over and charged for a fraudulent charge
Not charge me 2 times for the same rental.
The interior wasn't clean and the renter before me smoked in it. The smell wasn't pleasing. I had to clean the cab out and put air freshens in the cab. With the whole Covid-19 going on you would have thought that there would have been better guidelines on cleaning before the next renter.
The man that rented the truck to me was a nice guy.

I think .69 cents for every mile is a bit to expensive, I did not expect to pay $60 to use a truck for 2 hours, 3 at max.
I don't usually do reviews, especially not negative ones. I was pretty disappointed with my experience at this location. My pickup was scheduled for 8:30 am on Saturday May 23rd in Henderson. I did not really want to drive all the way to Henderson, but the lady I spoke with said that's the only place that had the trailer I needed. (It was a 30 minute drive) I arrived at 8:20. I waited in the parking lot until 8:30, when my appointment was scheduled. 8:35 rolled around and there was still no one to be seen. I called twice, and knocked on the door. I then noticed the hours posted said 9 am on saturdays. Why was my appointment for 8:30??? My dad went ahead and hooked up the trailer we reserved to his truck while we waited. Half of the lights on the trailer were not working. Annoying, but we only needed it during daylight. We continued to wait around until 9 for them to open. I remembered they had an online check in process, so maybe we wouldn't have to wait until 9! I made an account on their website, clicked on my reservation, and clicked on â€œonline check inâ€. It said â€œthis site is not availableâ€. I tried 3 times. It didn't work. So I continued to wait until 9. All 3 employees pulled up at exactly 9 am. We followed them in to check in and leave. I asked them why my appointment was for 8:30 when they don't open until 9. Without any apologies, they brushed it off and said â€œoh yeah, we changed our hours a while ago. We just haven't updated the systemâ€. Then as I'm filling out paperwork, my dad mentions that the lights on half of the trailer don't work, so that we don't get blamed for that later on. The guy says, â€œoh really? Then I guess we can't rent it to you.â€ At this point I'm in tears. Silly? Maybe. I was very aggravated, and refused to leave without this trailer that I was told was the only 6x12 trailer in the area at all available. Why wasn't it inspected before being rented out??? Why is their system not updated to their new hours?? Why did we not even get an apology?? These are the questions that haunt me.
The pick up process was very slow and took a lot longer than we expected based on previous rental experience. They also did not have the requested dolly equipment so we had to move without. A bit disappointing.
I was told that a dolly and furniture pads would be on uhaul for me to use and there were none on there. When I called I was met with attitude and was told there would be an additional charge. I knew there was a charge but lack of apology for them not being there in the first place is what aggravated me. We were extremely busy with moving and the process was made harder by the truck not having what it was suppose to have. My family physically carried washer, dryer, etc. By hand because there was no dolly.
I returned the truck on the recommended gas and milage but was still charged for them.

The place where we rented from was terrible it was supposed to open at 9:00 it opened at 9:40 there was a guy that worked there that was sitting out in front of the building telling other customers that the guy had some things he had to do. One he finally arrived he didn't apologize, they were very disorganized and the Uhaul was filthy it had dried mud and dirt all over it. We were charged more than another customer which we know since they also gave us their service contract by accident.
Although busy with other customers, we were able to drop off and be on our way in a very short time.
We we're scheduled to pick up U-Haul at 7am with our phones, we'd already done the everything for express check out prior to arrival. we arrived at 6:50am and it would not let us use our phone and said we were scheduled for hand delivery at 8:30am. We Had to speak to U-Haul customer service 3 times (took 45 minutes) kept getting disconnected and no one called back. No keys were left in either box once I finally got someone on the line to help. The business owner would not answer his phone for us or U-haul. We finally were able to get him on the phone at 8:20am (his business was supposed to open at 8:30) he was still at home. He got there and said he never knew about our reservation even though I showed him confirmation from a week prior. He blamed U-Haul for not sending in the reservation and did not even apologize for us having to wait 1 1/2 hours on him. the truck didn't have the appliance dolly that we paid for to go with the truck, We didn't end up getting the truck until almost 9am. We had movers scheduled to be at our home at 8:30am so we had to pay them for an hour just to sit in our driveway and wait. at least we should have received some sort of discount for our troubles but no he offered nothing. It was a horrible experience and we will never use U-haul again or recommend them again.

The truck I pap for was not there so I had to take a little truck so it tuck me 2 loads so then he hit me 65 cents a mail so it was 72$you stuck it to me
