After hours drop off
Anabel G.The truck was not ready when I arrive. The location doors were locked. It took us over 45 minutes and the help of customer service to access the vehicle. None of the extra equipment I ordered was in the truck. The truck also was junkie and had cigarettes and trash in the doors. I was on a tight timeline and I ran late for my appointment and had to end up paying more. Do not go here

senita W.When contacting a customer it's not a good idea to be rude and hang up in their face mid conversation. And I believe they're being retaliatory towards me because I had to extend my rental because of rain. I took pictures of the mileage and gas but I'm being charged for days in which they were closed. And I'm also being charged for gas that I put back in the truck. I returned the truck the following day around 2:03pm and they're charging me for the entire weekend. I owe around $145-$150 but I'm being charged almost double.
