Scheduled pickup in Warren, AR. The place was closed. I had to drive another 25 miles to Hermitage to pick up the trailer. This made me late for work. I was credited $30 off the bill, which probably covered the extra gas, but did nothing to help with the delay. UNACCEPTABLE!
