Great service from the onsite manager!
Bo F.I was assured that there would be someone there to assist me with hooking up the vehicle tow trailer to my RV and that was a lie. U-Haul was aware that the location was not an affiliated one therefore would not have a person there to assist. I'm a senior citizen traveling alone and had told them that I would need assistance. Luckily, a friend who was with me to help with the car transport was able to do it. I don't know what I would've done otherwise. There wasn't an option of going to another U-Haul place because none of them had vehicle transport trailers and U-Haul doesn't move anything from one location to another. To improve…be honest! And use a little of your corporate profits to hire people to transport equipment.
