The truck had many vibration issues and unusual mechanical noises. Windshield was broken. Wiper blades were broken. Fuel consumption gauge was unreliable.

JEFFREY BYou charged me 4 gal of gas 17$ for 26 miles. I reported this trucks problems, it was shaking and pulling. It Was clearly unsafe to be driven. I struggled to get it back. I did not have any opportunity to out 2 gal of gas back in.
ROBERT LThe whole experience was pretty easy. Only thing that would have made it easier is if I could have just walked in and ordered the truck instead of having to go online. Other than that it was great. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful, the truck was clean and rode nice. If I need to rent a truck in the future I'll be back.
